Grace creates elegant, expressive watercolor illustrations of your guests throughout your event. Set among the celebration, her painting station becomes part of the experience as guests watch their photo turn into their own personalized guest favor.

Illustrations may be created for individuals, couples, or small groups with approximately 10 paintings per hour.

LIVE WEDDING PAINTING

Grace paints your wedding day live in oils for approximately 4-7 hours, capturing a meaningful moment chosen by you. Grace not only provides a one of a kind painting, but also entertainment! Guests will love watching the painting progress and interacting as it becomes more and more like you. The painting begins at your wedding and is then brought back to her studio for finishing touches, and a special surprise.

Each service includes two visionary calls to answer questions, discusses the desired location for the painting, and narrow down the moment you want captured. Grace will arrive at the wedding an hour before the ceremony to set up and begin painting the background. Once she has a photo of the couple in the chosen scene she will move to the location of the reception to continue painting.

The painting will be around 90% finished by the end of the night, and the remaining detains will be added in the studio after the event.
Each painting is varnished, carefully packaged, and shipped to you when complete.

Travel Policy

Travel & Destination Events

I love traveling to create paintings for your special day!

Local Events: Events located within one hour of Apex, North Carolina are considered local, and travel is included in your painting package.

Events More Than One Hour Away: Events located more than one hour from Apex will have an additional travel fee based on the distance and travel required. This may include mileage, tolls, parking, and other necessary travel expenses.

Overnight & Destination Events: Events requiring overnight travel will include the cost of lodging and necessary transportation in the travel fee. For destination weddings requiring airfare, the cost of flights, lodging, ground transportation, and other necessary travel expenses will be included in a custom travel quote.

All travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is finalized, so you will always know the total cost before securing your date.
